"Life is a continual growth process. One stage after another" says Paula Sue Heim For someone who has spent her life involved with one growing process after another, first in the growth of her own children, and her own personal growth, then cultivating the growth of others. Her favorite way to spend free time is hiking and having picnic's with her husband Mark and their three dogs. "One of my favorite pass times is planting herbs and flowers and watching them flourish. It's a peaceful environment that allows me a break from my usual fast pace". An Iowa farm girl, Paula Sue's personal growth took root during her youth when she became active in the Concert Choir and Band. Taking one growth step at a time, this high-achiever began to take on leadership roles and in the process she blossomed into someone who was confident taking the initiative. Her talent for leading the way took her briskly through her high school and college years. Being a natural born leader, Paula Sue decided to pursue her career in sales and marketing. Seventeen years in relocation made for a natural path and transition into a promising real estate career. Paula Sue was used to continuous growth and soon earned her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Relocation Specialist) and CRP (Certified Relocation Professional). She is currently working toward her MRE (Masters In Real Estate). Being a person that always wants to give her best effort to her clients she also completed the required education and licensing to become a Managing Broker and then proceeded to open her own company, Heim Realty, Inc. Paula Sue is without a doubt an experienced communicator and she understands the importance of the beginning of the buying or selling process. By listening carefully to your needs and desires, she is able to formulate a strategy that will allow you to find that perfect home to suit your lifestyle and budget or the ideal buyer for your residence. Even in her role as a Real Estate Broker, she spreads the seeds of education and nurtures growth where needed. "All my clients from first time home buyers, to the more experienced who want to move up or scale down, have a different knowledge and perception of what is going to take place" she says "I always make a point to clearly explain each step of the process and its benefits or ramifications". Then she ensures that her clients are updated throughout each stage of their transaction. By keeping them informed, they remain relaxed and ready to make important decisions when the time comes.
